| The Montrose Health Partnership is a network of representatives from service agencies, schools, local government, law enforcement and the general public in Montrose County. The members of the partnership understand the need for collaboration and networking throughout our communities to best assure that needed health services are identified and provided. A community wide collaborative provides an on-going process of communication and networking so that available funds are used wisely in cost effective ways which do not either duplicate or leave gaps in services as our communities grow and change over time. It is important to the partnership that existing and future services be accessible to all who may need them. |
